World of
Fruits.
Nature rendered at its most vivid.
A photorealistic CGI animation exploring the textures, light, and geometry of fruit. From the deep-red glow of pomegranate to the waxy sheen of apples — every surface sculpted in 3ds Max and rendered with Corona at 4K resolution.
Nature. Light. Perfection.
World of Fruits started as a pure technical and artistic challenge — to render nature with the patience and precision it deserves. Fruit is deceptively complex: each species has its own subsurface light behaviour, unique surface micro-detail, and a tactile quality that demands material work of the highest order.
The project grew into a full CGI animation — each fruit given its own cinematic moment. Pomegranate glows from within. The apple catches studio light on its polished skin. The banana curves against a clean background with almost graphic elegance. Nine renders, one unified vision.
World of Fruits in Motion
The full CGI animation — every fruit, every surface, every moment of light.
Nine Fruits. One World.
The Art Behind the Render
Nine subjects, six disciplines — nature rendered with zero shortcuts.
Photorealistic 3D Modelling
Every fruit sculpted with botanical precision — from the pitted skin of a pomegranate to the smooth taper of a banana. Geometry built to survive extreme close-ups.
Surface & Texture Mastery
Subsurface scattering, realistic skin and peel textures, waxy coatings, and micro-detail maps — materials that make each fruit unmistakably real.
Studio Lighting Setup
Each fruit lit with multi-light studio setups — soft box rims, fill lights, and HDRI environments engineered to bring out translucency and lustre.
Animation & Motion
A full CGI animation sequence capturing each fruit in motion — droplets, rotations, and cinematic reveal — brought to life in 3ds Max.
Art Direction
Colour palette, composition, and camera angle chosen to evoke premium food photography — the kind you find in high-end advertising campaigns.
Post & Colour Grade
Final composite and colour grading to deepen vibrancy, unify warmth, and give each render the polish expected of international food advertising.
From Reference to Render
Reference & Art Direction
Building a mood board grounded in high-end food advertising — palette, lighting references, and the emotional quality each fruit should evoke.
Modelling & UV Mapping
Fruit geometry sculpted from reference photography, UV-unwrapped to carry hand-painted textures at 4K+ resolution without stretching.
Shading & Lighting
Proprietary Corona materials with subsurface scattering, bump maps, and procedural imperfections — lit with multi-layer studio setups per fruit.
Animation & Final Render
Motion paths, droplet simulations, and camera choreography composed in 3ds Max — final renders output at 4K with Corona's production render engine.
