A Taxi Platform That Isn't a Middleman

Taxi companies in the region have two options: pay a ride-hailing platform a share of every fare and hand over their customers, or build their own app from scratch. Neither works for a fleet of ten or fifty cars.

Shko is the third option. Loop built one platform that any taxi company can launch under its own brand, with a passenger app, a driver app and a dispatch console from day one, at a flat price per vehicle.

02 · What we built

Booking to Payroll, One Platform

Everything a taxi company runs on, from the passenger's first tap to the driver's monthly payroll.

One App, Two Modes
A single iOS and Android app with a passenger mode and a driver mode, so a taxi company ships one app to the stores instead of two.

White-Label by Design
Each taxi company publishes the app under its own name, logo and colours on the App Store and Google Play. Shko itself stays in the background.

Live Dispatch Console
A web console with the whole fleet on a live map, automatic dispatch to the nearest driver, and every booking from request to drop-off.

Fleet, Shifts & Payroll
Drivers, vehicles, shift starts, earnings, payroll, vouchers and reports, all managed from the same console.

Flexible Payments
Cash, card on the in-car terminal, or online card payment collected before dispatch. Fares are set per vehicle type, with separate app and website prices.

Live Ride Updates
Passengers follow their driver and arrival time live, including iPhone lock-screen updates, plus scheduled rides, promo codes, referrals and a wallet.
