Loop Studio designed and built the complete employee operations platform for Luzerner Taxi — a Swiss 24/7 taxi service. The app gives drivers shift assignments, live route tracking, saved route history, and real-time earnings visibility, while management gets a full reporting suite to oversee the entire fleet.
Employee Operations Platform for a Swiss Taxi Fleet
Luzerner Taxi needed a single tool to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual radio dispatching. Drivers needed to know their shifts, track their routes, and check their earnings from their phone. Management needed to see the whole fleet in real time and pull reports at the end of each period.
Loop Studio built that tool end-to-end — from UX research and information architecture through to live GPS integration, real-time data sync, and an exportable reporting engine — all wrapped in a clean, mobile-first interface that works reliably on the road.
