Nami.
Where 3D meets editorial.
Nami is a fashion CGI editorial by Loop Studio — six meticulously crafted renders exploring form, fabric, and light at 4K resolution. A purely artistic project at the intersection of photorealistic rendering and haute couture.
Fashion. Rendered. Fearlessly.
Nami was conceived as a pure creative exploration — a chance to push photorealistic 3D rendering into the territory of high-fashion editorial photography. No client brief, no constraints. Just the question: what happens when CGI and couture share the same frame?
Each of the six frames in Nami is a self-contained visual story — defined by its own lighting mood, fabric gesture, and compositional rhythm. The result is a body of work that demonstrates what photorealistic rendering can achieve when guided by editorial instinct rather than technical constraint.
Precision Behind the Frame
Six renders, six disciplines — each one executed without compromise.
Editorial 3D Modelling
Every form in Nami built with sculptural precision — organic shapes, flowing fabric geometry, and structural elements crafted to serve the editorial vision.
Fabric & Material Study
Deep material work: layered clothing, skin shaders, metallic elements, and tactile surface detail — each material responding authentically to light.
Cinematic Lighting Design
Expressive, painterly lighting setups that define the mood — dramatic chiaroscuro, warm practical fills, and precise rim lights to sculpt form.
Art Direction
Every frame composed with the rigour of high-fashion editorial photography — angle, focal length, depth of field, and negative space all considered.
Colour Grading
Post-render colour work to unify palette, deepen contrast, and add the richness and warmth of analogue film stock to the final imagery.
Visual Identity
Nami as a creative concept — a coherent visual world with its own language of texture, gesture, and atmosphere across all six frames.
Nami in Motion
The full cinematic edit — all six frames, scored and sequenced.
Six Frames. One Vision.

From Concept to Frame
Concept & Art Direction
A strong point of view before a pixel is rendered — mood boards, reference curation, and a clear visual language defining light, palette, and composition.
Modelling & Rigging
Sculpted organic forms, draped fabric simulation, and precisely posed figures — all built from scratch to serve the editorial vision.
Shading & Lighting
Layered material authoring and painterly lighting setups — each render lit individually to maximise texture depth and emotional impact.
Render & Grade
Final Corona renders at 4K, followed by film-inspired colour grading — unifying the palette and adding the warmth and grain of analogue photography.
Bring Your Vision to Life in 3D
Whether fashion, product, or pure creative direction — Loop Studio renders it with the resolution it deserves.
